Fitting
- Open the hook-and-loop and lay the cover flat, smooth side (or logo) facing out.
- Place it on the headrest, with the pocket facing the back seat.
- Fold the two flaps, front and back, down to the underside of the headrest.
- Close the hook-and-loop underneath, between the posts, pulling just enough for the cover to be taut.
- Adjust it so it's straight and centred: it's ready.
Why choose this headrest cover
Re-upholstering a headrest is expensive, and greasy marks on fabric never come out completely. A faux leather (PU) cover protects it before it gets to that point: gel, sweat and dust stay on the smooth surface and wipe off with a cloth. It's handy if you drive every day, often carry children in the back or want to hand back a leased car with the seats in good condition.
It also adds what's almost always missing from the factory: a place for rear passengers' phones, instead of putting them on the seat or letting them slip between the cushions.
